Prices shown on our website are starting points and estimates only. Every project is custom, and your final price depends on the scope, features, and requirements of your project. A quote is not a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the schedule in your proposal or invoice. Work may pause if payments are past due. Any recurring services (such as monthly SEO or hosting) will be billed on the schedule described in your agreement.
We aim to deliver projects promptly, and many websites are completed within 5 to 7 business days. Timelines depend on you providing the content, images, access, and feedback we need in a timely manner. Delays in receiving these materials may extend your timeline.
Your proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Once your project is fully paid for, you own the final website, its content, and the associated files, and you are free to manage and update it. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of QuickWebX. Any third-party assets (such as fonts, plugins, or stock images) remain subject to their own licenses.
Your website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars, plugins, and form or analytics providers. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.
We build websites with strong SEO foundations, but search engine rankings, traffic, and business results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickWebX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be described in your specific proposal or agreement. Custom work already performed is generally non-refundable. Please review your agreement for the refund terms that apply to your project.
Either party may end a project as described in the applicable agreement. If a project is cancelled, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
